How We Brought Jossiepops Fitness Online And Launched A Successful Product Portfolio

Jossiepops Fitness is an ambitious Physical Fitness Coach who whilst only getting started, is hitting the ground running and showing signs of dramatic growth. Keen to increase his product offerings from 1:1 Training sessions, Johnny (CEO) hired us to help create an online product that would become part of an expanding portfolio that will grow over time.

Keen to push his brand online we had to come up with an aggresive strategy to grow his brand and create a course that his clientele will get great benefit from.

Challenge

We knew what we wanted to do but we only had a VERY limited time to do it (3 weeks to be precise!). The brief required us to Create an online course with the client, Develop a Sales Funnel and run a successful product launch online.

The timeline was tight and it restricted our potential processes but I was confident that we could produce positive results so we pencilled in a launch date over the Black Friday weekend.

Solution

The first priority was to map out an Action Plan and Sales Funnel which we signed off with the client. Using pre-recorded workout videos and accompanying work plans we designed and built out a Membership site for the client including a Sales Page.

We opted for 2 main funnels, one was an early launch aimed at Warm Traffic (current followers) and the second would be at cold traffic. Both strategies were marketed on Facebook and Instagram utilising a message bot for more direct communication at the bottom of the funnel.

The results were very pleasing…
